Hollywood is filled with such benevolent and peaceful individuals who have spent the past four years persevering in the anger and hatred coming from the White House. Just kidding, celebrities are often despicable assholes who hate people who don’t think like them. And a recent admission from Dave Chappelle shows that they are even more mean-spirited than previously thought.
In one interview with former supermodel Naomi Campbell on her podcast No filter, the famous comedian has revealed a nasty story about devious Hollywood celebrities leaving secret hate notes for the new Trump administration during Obama’s last days in power.
Yes, Chapelle claimed to have witnessed first-hand several famous people writing horrific notes to Trump’s team at “one of the last big parties the Obamas hosted.” These pranksters hid them in places that Trump’s people would be required to find, like desks and cupboards.
How sickening. And yet, was it Trump who disrespected the president’s office? These Hollywood idiots were playing in the White House like it was a high school hallway on the set of Bad girls.
Apparently in 2019, then White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham complained about those disgusting, demoralizing notes – that said all kinds of terrible things like ‘you will fail’ or ‘you are not going to make it’ – and blamed former staff for them. Obama’s staff members “vehemently” denied the allegations and Grisham echoed them and the mystery was never resolved.
Well until now. And of course, they were Hollywood punks. Chappelle finally revealed the truth behind the mysterious notes five years later. About 14 minutes after the start of the interviewHe asked Campbell, “Remember when the Trump administration moved in they said the Obama staff left us dirty notes in all the drawers and cupboards?” Oh man, this is hilarious. Of course, Chapelle and Campbell found the story so funny.
Amid the former model’s laughter, Chapelle continued, “I saw this happen. I’m not going to say who did it, but it’s celebrities who wrote all this crazy bullshit and put it all over the place. He added, “I saw them do it, so when I saw this on the news, I laughed out loud.” Yeah, typical. It’s all a big laugh. But Trump deserves it for his tweets.
Again, none of this behavior comes as a surprise from the Hollywood crowd, many of whom have spent the past five years saying all kinds of hateful things about Trump and his supporters on social media. Although we’ll try not to be too hard on Chapelle for thinking it was hilarious. He urged Democrats to have empathy for Trump supporters in the past, especially after Biden “won” the White House.
Then again, Chapelle could have urged his wealthy friends to calm down on Trump’s legitimate hatred in the White House five years ago. Either way, it all goes to prove that no matter how rich and famous you are, you can’t buy a course. Hollywood sucks, and the whole world knows it.
