Would you like to watch this? Two Hollywood actresses hate Texans’ desire for safe and fair elections. Piper Perabo and Debra Messing are now threatening to boycott Southwest Airlines if they do not condemn a new bill signed by the State Senate that “would make voting easy and difficult to Cheat. “
Senate Bill 7 was signed by the Texas Senate on Thursday, April 1, for the sake of security and more effective elections in the future of Lone Star State. Although what sane Americans call a “voter integrity bill,” crazy liberals like the lady of Will and Grace and the C-list actress from Secret affairs called a voter suppression bill.
Of course, so began the senseless activism. The two clung to the tweet from former Vermont governor and former Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean, who criticized Southwest Airlines for refusing to condemn the bill. Dean wrote on April 4: “I see Southwest Airlines has refused to condemn the Texas Jim Crow vote suppression bill. American Airlines opposed this bill. Make your choice of flight accordingly. I definitely will.
Yeah, southwest! Why can’t you be more like your well-behaved American Airlines brother?
Perabo retweeted Dean’s attack on airlines on April 5 and captioned the post with his own condemnation of the company. “@SouthwestAir Are you going to speak out against Texas State Legislature Voter Suppression Bill # SB7?” Perabo asked, adding her statement that she “would spend my money with companies that support the right to vote.” Oh guess what company is not. Yes, it’s true. South West. BURN!
And then crazy, crazy anti-Trump, Debra Messing added in her own two cents, Tweeter, “@SouthwestAir we are waiting for you to condemn the #Texas # SB7 voter suppression bill. Consumers are holding #corporations accountable for their silent support for anti # democracy laws. ”
While Messing should stop acting like a few big-mouthed lefties who don’t fly southwest, he’s a threat. Around 75% of all Americans want stricter and more obvious voting restrictions, such as requiring ID to vote. Despite the media slander of the bill being promoted by companies like American Airlines, SB7 is simply aimed at making elections in Texas safer, at least more secure than the 2020 election.
Some standards the bill seeks – according to Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (R-TX) – to include “consistent rules across the state for counting ballots on time so that counting doesn’t take days or weeks ; sending “ballots only to voters who currently live at the address”; stating that “voters with disabilities who vote curbside will enjoy the same privacy protections as those who vote in person”; and requiring that “all communications with vendors of electoral machinery be subject to open registration requests.”
Another standard imposed by the bill was that “no voting machine can be connected to the Internet to reduce piracy.” So this all makes good sense to make sure elections can be hacked. Who in their right mind hates this stuff? Well Debbie, sure.
“Please speak now. Otherwise, I will no longer use my consumption money at #Southwest, ”added Messing. Who cares? Anyway, the lady is supposedly worth $ 25 million. Is she really a committed patron of the low cost airline? Besides, shouldn’t such a left freak like herself move away from the air jets to help the environment?
