Two National Women’s Soccer League fan favorites are on the move.

Multiple sources familiar with the situation have confirmed to The Equalizer that the Houston Dash has traded Nichelle Prince to the Kansas City Current in exchange for Cece Kizer and a 2024 international roster spot. It is understood that the trade materialized last Friday night, during the NWSL Draft.

Neither club has provided comment at this time, with an announcement from the league expected soon. Both players’ contracts are set to expire at the end of the 2024 season.
