Angel City FC moves

Angel City receives international roster spot from OL Reign (June 9, 2022): Angel City FC will have another international roster spot for the 2022 season, after sending $ 40,000 to OL Reign. Currently, Angel City currently has four international players signed: Jun Endo from Japan, Vanessa Gillies from Canada, Stefany Ferrer Van Ginkel from Mexico and Miri Taylor from England.

Chicago Red Stars moves

Chicago Red Stars make transaction with Gotham (May 19, 2022): The Chicago Red Stars received a 2022 international roster spot in a trade with NJ / NY Gotham FC. Meanwhile, Gotham received a 2023 international roster spot and $ 20,000 in Allocation Money.

Sarah Luebbert returns from loan (May 29, 2022): The Chicago Red Stars announced that Sarah Luebbert has returned from her one-year loan with Liga MX Femenil side Club América. Luebbert’s eligibility began on June 1, the start of the transfer window.

Racing signs Satara Murray (May 16, 2022): Jamaican international Satara Murray has signed with Racing Louisville on a two-year contract with a club option for 2024. Murray was born in Brooklyn, New York, which means she will not need an international roster spot. Murray joins from Bristol City FC in England, where she made 22 appearances in the 2021-22 FA WSL season. Murray made her Jamaica debut in October 2021 and is on the preliminary roster for the Concacaf W Championship in July.

Cece Kizer and Addisyn Merrick traded to Kansas City (June 9, 2022): The two Racing Louisville players are heading home. Cece Kizer and Addisyn Merrick, both originally from the Kansas City area, requested traded, according to head coach Kim Björkegren. In return, Racing Louisville will receive $ 150,000 in Allocation Money, an international slot for 2022 and 2023 and an extra $ 25,000 in Allocation Money, should Kizer “meet certain performance-based criteria” with Kansas City.
